Formerly “Impresa Building Systems of Greenwood SC”, our new name “BiltWise Structures” reflects a renewed focus on directly serving mid-sized regional builders and developers. We strive to be the preferred private-label wholesale source for off-site construction needs for homes, townhomes, and multi-family products. With our new name and branding, new models, new focus, and same incredible quality-built product, we are excited about our future to serve!
Our flagship facility in Greenwood, SC is targeted towards regional builders and developers to produce high-quality homes for the Southeast region.
Located at 161 Rock Church Rd SE, the Biltwise 240,000-square-foot production facility is ready to meet growing demand for modular construction. The new facility became operational in 2022, and Greenwood has been an excellent home for the Biltwise team.

Our assembly line method decreases the variability that occurs on a site-built project and increases the speed and efficiency of the build. Time from starting on the first station to out the door complete is usually less than 10 days.

From concept, to design and build, shipment and set; this amazing home is a prime example of our quality build, with upper end BiltWise Spec level finish. Featuring solid counters, solid doors and cabinets, LVT flooring, upgraded windows and trim package. The model was set on a precast basement wall system for a walkout basement. The garage, basement, and decks were built on site. This design is ready and available to build today!
